Our Counsellors 

Our volunteer counsellors  are trained in couple and individual counselling.  The minimum requirement of training is Level 9 - Diploma.  Most counsellors have gained other qualifications through other disciplines at Degree or Master Degree level.  Couple Counselling Tayside works to BACP/COSCA ethical frameworks.  

Volunteer counsellors offer 100 hours of their time to the community.

Our psychosexual therapists work to the ethical framework of BASART/COSART.  

Our Receptionists

Receptionists are the first point of contact and assist in providing a much sought after service throughout Tayside.

Our volunteer receptionists, recruited from all walks of life, are trained in house to enable them to deal sensitively with client enquiries.  Other duties include arranging appointments, welcoming visitors and liaising with counsellors and other receptionists.  Of course, confidentiality is our prime consideration.
