Our Counsellors 

Relationships Scotland accredits our volunteer counsellors who are trained in couple and individual counselling.  The minimum requirement of training is Level 9 - Diploma.  Most counsellors have gained other qualifications through other disciplines at Degree or Master Degree level.

Volunteer counsellors offer 100 hours of their time to the community.

Enhanced disclosures are required by all counsellors before joining the team.

Our Receptionists

Receptionists are the first point of contact and assist in providing a much sought after service throughout Tayside.

Our volunteer receptionists, recruited from all walks of life, are trained in house to enable them to deal sensitively with client enquiries.  Other duties include arranging appointments, welcoming visitors and liaising with counsellors and other receptionists.  Of course, confidentiality is our prime consideration. 

Enhanced disclosures are required by all receptionists before joining the team.
